Refund & Returns Policy

Tekserve offers a 60-Day return period on its products unless otherwise noted in the listing.

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Tekserve must accompany all returns.
  2. Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation, and accessories. Returns on products with missing accessories or parts will be accepted only at the discretion of our company and charges may be applied for missing accessories or parts.
  3. Physically damaged, abused, or misused products are not eligible for returns.
  4. All items are serialized and specially marked. If any of these labels or other means of identification are tampered with or removed without our permission, a refund will not be given. ​
  5. If a return is an Apple product, it must NOT be locked to an iCloud account. If it is found to be locked to an iCloud account when returned, your refund will NOT be processed. ​
  6. Shipping, handling, and related fees are not refundable. ​
  7. Refunds cannot be accepted when the Tekserve serial number and/or any bar code has been tampered with.
  8. ​ Defective item(s) will be exchanged or a refund will be issued once the item is received back at our warehouse. ​
  9. The buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility.
  10. The picture is for reference only. You may not get exactly what is pictured.
