Please make sure the item(s) you are buying is/are compatible with your system before purchasing.

All used/refurb product has been thoroughly tested by our in house technicians. Items may not be in original manufacturers packaging.

Returns

• Tekserve Inc. offers a full 60 Day warranty which starts from the time of delivery to you on all our new and refurbished parts unless otherwise noted.
• All returns covered under our 60 Day return period are subject to the following:
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Tekserve must accompany all returns.
• Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation, and accessories. Returns on products with missing accessories or parts will be accepted only at the discretion of Tekserve and charges may be applied for missing accessories or parts.
• Physically damaged, abused, or misused products are not eligible for returns.
• All items are serialized and specially marked. If any of these labels or other means of identification are tampered with or removed without our permission, a refund will not be given.
• Defective items will be exchanged, or a refund will be issued at our discretion.
• Returns maybe subject to a restocking fee.
• Buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility!
